Is there any Self Help books with Anger and/or Depression & Anxiety? I have been looking and can't seem to find any good ones. Can you let me know?
Or worksheets that I could print out? Thank you!! |

Susan Jeffers. Her stuff is not depression/anger/anxiety specific, but those are my issues, and her books have helped AWESOMELY.

You know, in addition to books specific to a particular feeling, mood, or challenge. I would strongly recommend any other type of self-help material from books on how to believe in yourself to success, empowerment, etc. I had exactly those feelings you have and slowly but surely everything started to change for me.

A book I found helpful (and fun) is "SOS Help for Emotions" by Lynn Clark, PhD.
It isn't new, but it is timeless. |

I have been listening to audiobooks by Byron Katie. Pretty radical. Ridiculously simple on the surface of it.

here are two books that have been really helpful to me:
The Cognitive Behavioral Workbook for Depression by William J Knauss and The 10 Best-Ever Depression Management Techniques (not the best name, but a really good book) by Margaret Wehrenberg. |
