Starting my new journal (finally). Just wanted to know, do you guys date your journal entries?

I have in the past, sometimes even down to the time. But it's led to some anxiety when I write the date differently (ie leave out day of the week when all other entries had sunday february 12, 2012...or writing february 12/12). Just curious

I date and time mine. It messes with my head if i change the format. Like I decided the other day I should start putting the day of the week and i started to freak out because my other entries didn't have it.

I date all my entries and often indicate AM or PM with them. I've found this incredibly helpful when trying to track moods using the entries.

I wish I would have dated my earlier one but I date my journal entries and even the time, it helps me know where I was during those days I can't see straight much less what I did that day. Just a simple thought.

way to go tsol!!!
