Just read this article, and while it's short and not very "deep" - Doc Dan made a quick statement that makes sense to me.

Found it a tad insightful & wanted to share. Not that this is easy but even small things like adhering to a 95% healthy diet is one way I have gained a bit of control, not just over me but my SO and cats as well, so it's a way to have healthy control, and in a way that positively impacts my household, too.
