As someone who is suffering from depression and anxiety I always try to find ways to cope and heal.
A book I would highly recommend : "Shortcut Through Therapy" by Richard Carlson
Has anyone read this? What did it do for you?

I read 3 of the don't sweat the small stuff series. Yet to act on them lol
