Just wondering if anyone has found any really good phone apps for goal setting?
Not just for diet and exercise but for other types of goals that you can set yourself... that sends reminders and has a way to see progress.... |

I have iHealth but you need the hardware. I only have the scale. I don't enjoy tracking things like that but if you do it is pretty good. Fitbit gets a lot of positive reviews. Toodledo is a task list on hyper steroids. I used it for a year or so. It is flexible but very structured. If I want reminders now I use Evernote but you have to have premium I think. If you like the flexibility of "making it your own" and have time to set it up properly Evernote is a good option. You can have check lists and tables and attach media or integrate a notebook or postit notes. Big application. You might be able to find advice on their blog. Lifehacker has a lot of reviews of things like this. That would be a good place to look for more ideas.
Another one is remember the milk. I haven't used it in years. Their strength is the ease of adding tasks and tags. It integrates very nicely with "getting things done". Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |
