Has anyone ever tried out superbetter.com? It's a website geared toward self-help of any kind. You pick you obstacle and your goal, and it gives you quests and tools that you can use to help reach your goal. I've been using it on and off for a few months and its a pretty neat site. I thought I'd mention it in case it helps someone. Best wishes

I gave it a shot. I have to admit, it was a little weird for me. The website was all "You did it!" when I did nothing for 15 seconds. I still don't know what I accomplished ...

I agree that it can be a little weird. But sometimes, celebrating little things, like getting out of bed can really help me get going.

I am currently working with superbetter.com. I find it somewhat confusing. And I have not found the place to log out.

Thank you for this suggestion. I'll try anything once.

It was kind of dorky and confusing. There are lots of apps like this for us TBI sufferers. Like brainline.org. I haven't yet found anything useful.

When your brain is injured, how do you think about getting better? Do you consider it a game? Or a challenge or a quest? Just a project? Or just stupid orders from your counselors that you have to follow? For me, little steps. Don't need a counselor or a game app or anything to do that.
