Im going back to my italian roots. I had grits this morning - one bag of plain and one bag of butter grits. One tablespoon of nonfat dry milk. And coffee and a banana. Kind of high carb but not too heavy on the stomach.

I recently made this a habit but i still slip up. Its not because oh its the most impotsnt meal of the day, blah blah blah - there are a lot of reasons. And i just do better if i take care of mysrlf this way. Even if its just some juice and a slice of bread.
Thanks for this!

I usually skipped breakfast. Then i got a sore. And this is awful. So I recommend you to eat in the morning every day to avoid this hell. Health is so important and it is so delicate.
