I just recently ran across someone in another forum saying they were about to try MoodGYM. Has anyone heard of it? I was thinking about signing up and giving it a go, but I didn't know if anyone had any real time experience with it or had intense feelings about it one way or the other.

Do you think a free online CBT program (along with weekly therapy sessions) could help with stability or is it a waste of time? I haven't completely read through the terms and privacy conditions, but do you think it would be less than smart to give over personal information to a website and trust that it would be secure? It may be moot considering I post here sometimes, but I would like your views.

I'll update with my experience after I try it for a little while if anyone is interested, but I'd really like others opinions as well. Especially if you've tried it or something like it.

I started it, but it wasn't for me. I just couldn't get into it. Doesn't mean it won't help someone else. I may give it another chance later.

Good luck.
