Get prepared early in the morning. Read one or two story from the book chicken soup for the soul. Yoga for at least 20minutes each day.

My goals for today are: -Getting up early -Having a good breakfast -Texting my friends back -Meeting my friend at the airport (she's coming back from a 4-month travel today) -Going to the gym -Keep searching for an apartment to rent in June

Not staying in bed indefinitely - read the newspaper - read a few pages of a story book(to increase my concentration coz I am experiencing conc probs these days) - feed my two street cats - iron clothes - take shower - clean my room a little every day - exercise. Cleaning my room and exercising are the most difficult nowadays. Taking shower is also difficult but somehow I manage it before going to bed at night.
Trying to do each of these requires a lot of effort right now - but these would be baby steps to get back to the mainstream. Keeping my fingers crossed. Last edited by Anonymous44144; Aug 11, 2017 at 02:44 AM. |
