Me too, First of all I will try to clean up this place, step by step. I have a method that works: 10 minutes work, 10 minutes online game, 10 minutes work and so on. I know that is little, but I also know that when feeling like , I shall not let it bother me what other people may think, just try to "swim" a little, a little more ... until I'm on safe ground.

Moderate food intake and whatever else is being indulged in. Practice music for at least an hour. Read. Work on brainstorming for stories. Also, drink tea.

Even me - to get up by 9am every morn, then self care which includes hygeine and physical exercise and a bit of mental exercise as well. And when I am able to do this, then a bit of housework too - like cleaning my room and ironing my clothes.

But I will have to find out a way to schedule these tasks so that I can do them and dont feel overwhelmed. Right now I am in a pretty bad condition.

Listening to good music. And being in touch with one friend, at least. Trying to think a compassionate thought about myself.

Last one hasn't succeeded today, hmm.
