Altho my program is being lead by a therapist, most of the work is done on my own. I have a selfhelp book full of worksheets too. And it's exhausting - 30-60min a day. Just wondering what other's experiences are with this. Do you do the work?

My therapist didn't give me much work to do. I wish she had though. That's probably what I'll expect from my next therapist.

I took DBT 1998 and graduate in 2000. I need to brush up on my DBT. . I just can't afford to go and I do have a co-pay. I do have Marsha Linehan DBT book and trying to brush up on that bet I forgot what to do.

I go to a DBT group once a week and have the workbook as well. I really enjoy the adult coloring.
Thanks for this!

I have a CBT workbook I'm starting to use. What's the name of the one you use?

I have the same book. We meet once a week but my insurance pays for it and we get one assignment a week. I do however wish it was more in depth with assignments etc
