I just started earnestly doing CBT and I think it is going to be a big challenge. I have really appreciated the comments others who practice CBT have made on various threads. I can see where there is a strong connection between the cognitive part and the behavioral part. I think right now both are equally important. If you have any CBT tips please post them as messages on my profile page wall. Even though I might not want to I am going to start doing workbook pages. And exercise pages off the Internet. Mostly am doing CBT on my own. Support is appreciated. Thanks, all.

I ordered a cbsst workbook and I read through some of it but I'm requesting the help of a therapist. I think it's good to work with other people. I thought about starting a thread of the class as soon as we start so others can follow along and work with us.
