Did planking for a minute. Chose planking cause it can make a real difference even in such small amount of time. You could choose doing sit-ups or crunches or smth with weights or watever...

Took the idea to start small (just one minute a day) from this video



It felt like a real work out. Then I went to breath some fresh air on the balcony (did not go outside today). It gave me a feeling of small victory, feels awesome.

Just try!

Just for a minute, it's all it takes. But it can be a beginning of an amazing change.

You could start anything like this, not just a sport. I'm panning to do this with other things.

didn't do yesterday, was too depressed. Today had some much needed support on this forum and did it. feels good
