Flossed and brushed yesterday.
Now that flossing seems to be a pretty ingrained habit, I'm going to really work on trying to brush daily with a goal of keeping it up until my next dental cleaning appointment in early Nov. I want to have another good checkup.

2nd brushing today, interrupted when my friend knocked on the door (she came to join me for a 5k walk). So I did not get 2 minutes. I got a little less than 1.5 minutes. But, it is OK. Something is better than nothing.

Brushed for the 2nd time today. Now waiting for the 30 mins since the brushing to pass and then will have a snack and go do cardio HIITs, followed by a personal training session. It will be my first time doing two in a row.

I did not manage to do cardio right after eating because I was full, but I did cardio after personal training, with a significant break between them.
