I have chronic torticollis as a result of my psych med (olanzapine 30mg). But I cannot reduce the dosage because then I will get more paranoid and delusional. If I even reduce my escitalopram dose, I will get more psychotic. What to do??

My psych doc doesn't even care. Even if I discussed it with him, we would both arrive at the same conclusion: I just have to keep my regimen the same, EVEN THOUGH IT GIVES ME CHRONIC TORTICOLLIS.

That sounds rought @185329 - it sounds like your pdoc is not responsive to your concerns. What other options are there for a second opinion?
