What is calling me dependant supposed to get me to do ? Where is the bar? It seems like there's no plan to train me to be independant as well. When I start to become stable things seem to fall apart violently as well. It also wasn't even a personal goal to be independant . But again lots of criticism with no real explaination of what the unnamed expectation is .

Could you provide a broader context of your situation?

Agree with TCJ. Who has called you dependent? And why? (We're all dependent in some way.)
