Greetings and Gratitude from a new member:

So far I'm experiencing alternating between feelings of gratitude and frustration. Gratitude for finding information that thoroughly explains and frustration over my time management ability. This can be a plus as a motivating factor.

The information in Chapter 1 helps me to see the causes.

In Chapter 2 reasons are given and what to do in order to process 5 things that other self-help authors haven't explained as in PSH.

I can be grateful for the material being freely made available or I can commiserate over all the wasted years trying to find something that will hopefully help me to help myself put the pieces of my behaviors, emotions, skills, attitudes-values, and unconscious factors together little by little.

Feeling better because I've been gifted with an abundance of information.

Now to learn to take one piece at a time and learn how to fit the pieces together.

What is time when viewed as a now moment?

Perhaps time may be a thought, a feeling, a choice, even a baby step action.

All things are possible to those who believe in a possibility.

Thank you Dr. Clay for the book Psychological Self-Help.

Thanks to you all for a place to be and to share.

Gently Onwards,
ibme
