Has anyone ever run across something like this? (in a book, as a handout, online, etc.)
I find it very valuable just engaging in the process of identifying my thoughts and feelings, but I find I need a structure (journaling is too unstructured for me). |

My doc once gave me a website that sounds like what your after (I think).
I didn't feel much benefit 'cause my problems need to be tackled head on I think. I'll try and find the website for you anyway and you can see if it's what you're looking for. If it isn't for you then I hope you find something else. Molly

My therapist chose an emotion I was to think about for the week; the first week was "humiliation" and the second, "disappointment". It was a very interesting experience. Like looking for red cars, where suddenly that's all you see around you, I had no trouble identifying humiliation and disappointment in my life when I was "looking" for them and thinking about them. A page like this might help you?

Mind over Mood is great workbook with spaces to fill in about what your perceived thoughts are, versus the reality of the situation....very powerful.....
