I have started this and am finding it quite good so far. Nice to have some options to explore; it makes you feel more in control of your destiny. It requires Adobe Reader (which is free software):

I'm told that there is a forum devoted to this book. I guess that is the Sharing Self-Help Ideas forum. I don't know how easy it would be to use that forum and get into the middle of the book rather than starting at its start. I tend to do better looking at things myself rather than trying to absorb what everyone else thinks about it.

Maybe I will check into the forum after getting further into the book (and following some of its Internet links) first.

I think the Psych Central forum called Sharing Self-Help Ideas is the one that is under consideration; I have not read that forum much to know for sure.

Thanks pachyderm for the head's up. I've got a lot of books already I'm into, but in the future when I don't have so many, I'll give yours a try. It looks good.
