I've noticed my cuts are getting deeper lately...

I've tried to tell T about this, and she told me that if they continue to get deeper, she'll have to call my parents about it again. I only have to wait a month until I'm 18, and she can't tell anymore. What can I do until then...until i can openly talk to her about this?

If you need the help NOW, you really need to discuss it with T NOW, not later.

You can use a helpline, they are confidential, you can get your
individual needed help without talking directly to your therapist.
Also, if you call a helpline, they don't have the
"power" to tell or talk to your parents.
This is what I use when I'm lost and stuck with the same issues
Please try to stay safe, I'll be thinking of you

The idea is simply not to allow yourself to get lost in regrets about past or worries about the past or worries about the future. If you are firmly in the present moment, the past can be an object of inquiry, the object of your mindfulness by looking into the past, but you are still grounded in the present moment"
