YOU ARE NOT A FAILURE. Nope, you're NOT. I know that's hard to believe, but trying to keep ourselves sober while trying not to self-injure or do any other sort of negative coping is really, really, HARD. (Believe me. I'm almost at a year sober and it's hard trying to balance that with my self-injurious tendencies and all my self destructive behaviours. It doesn't even matter how long it's been. It gets easier, but it's still difficult, especially when we're having a hard time with struggles in our life). Please get medical attention if you need it. And throw away any of the booze you might have bought. I mean that. Alcohol + self injury = BIG MESS. What's wrong? What triggered this all? Get back up and try again dear. You are important and cared about, and I don't like seeing people I like hurting. How can I help you?? ![]()

![]() ![]() I care and I wish I was better with words so I could soothe some of your pain. I know how you feel about being uncared about. There are too many cruel, uncaring people in this hard world, and (perhaps) worse, those who pretend to care - but there are many good, genuine, caring people too. Sorry if this came out as a lecture, I'm crap with words ![]() ![]()

(((((((((((((((((((((((((((Griffe)))))))))))))))))))))))) I am so sorry things are so hard. Drinking and SI are not a good combination. Do you know why you started again? Please take care of yourself and get medical attention if needed. Can you think of how you coped during this past year instead of drinking? Maybe you can draw on those resources.

If you learn why you fall down, then it's not a failure. Because you learned why, so next time you get back up you have one less thing to trip on.
(sorry, I'm also feeling crappy with words lately) |

i've told you this before and i will tell you this again.
Failure is NOT falling down, failure is in the refusal to get back up. |
