I managed to stop for about three months after being hospitalized twice in one semester. I thought I was doing so well. But now I am just falling apart again. I cut again a week ago. I was really disappointed and upset with myself... And now things are going downhill. I am starting to cut on a regular basis again. Cutting even deeper. Even punching myself in the head at times. I just don't know what to do anymore.

Welcome to PC cgonzalas. I am sorry you are feeling so bad right now. Do you have a t to talk to? That can be helpful. A lot of times they have t on campus.

I hope you get the support you were looking for here. Please try and stay safe. Know you are not alone.

Is there anything that you can do about this?

Well its hard. I attend university... We have councilors on campus and there services are free. But there are so many students that students are only allowed six visits per semester. which, since I am a special case, I get to see my councilor 12 times per semester. But thats still not enough.... I have so many issues.... And I don't have the money to pay for services off campus. I don't have 100 dollars to spend for one counciling visit. And my psychiatrist is also very busy. I just try to deal with the help I can get...

Talking about our issues is the best thing that we can do. Nothing gets solved if we keep it to ourselves.
