I'm not proud that I did this but a couple of days ago I was riding my bike when all of the sudden I felt the need to cut myself. I took out my razor from my pockets and started doing myself in. Luckly I ride my bike at night so I don't think anyone had noticed of what I was doing.

The ironic part is all of this was the location to which I was self harming myself, it was my local hospital! I know why I picked that exact location… because I'm trying to cry out for help but don't know how to do it verbally. I guess I wanted to get caught bit was unsucessful of Doing it.

I'm now in shame( actually am depressed) for what I did. The areas of my body where I would not had cutted has been cut and it's so hard to hide it, even my friend asked me "you've cutted yourself again, didn't you?" lastnight when I was over her house. I was quick in going to defense and had told her that I didn't wanted to talk about it.

When will this crap end?

How old are you, a teenager, young adult, adult, etc?
If you're trying to get help, hurting yourself in the same location as you did previously to get attention in order to get help is not really affective.
Do you have a therapist?
Can you talk with anyone? Would your friend be an ok person to talk to?
It's really hard to find an end to this crazyness because you're not getting through.
When you are trying to get help have you tried a mental health helpline where you can talk things out???
Please keep me posted and take care, if you want to talk just PM me and I'll listen

I know sometimes I wanted to be caught. But can you bring this post with you, and talk to someone about it - whether it's a doctor, therapist, friend, family member - let them read what you've written here.

It really is hard reaching out for help, but we all deserve it.
