Tonight, right this very minute, I really want to hurt outside then the hurt inside might dissipate for a few minutes.

I'm sorry that you are going through a rough time. I think that you know b/c you had the courage to write it down that hurting yourself on the inside will not make it better on the inside.

This evening I was going into a panic attack and I just wanted to escape. Instead I had to do with some of the feelings and it was TOUGH but in the end I created more evidence for myself that I could go through it - minute by minute.

I hope you are being kind to yourself and finding some relief.

How are you doing?

I'm using my old trusted distraction method. Been on PC, on skype, in chat rooms etc. Distraction is the only method I know and I just hope it's enough tonight

I'm sorry you had a panic attack tonight, DoggyBonz, they suck.

Much Peace and Hugs to you,
Julia
