I'm sorry that you are going through a rough time. I think that you know b/c you had the courage to write it down that hurting yourself on the inside will not make it better on the inside.
This evening I was going into a panic attack and I just wanted to escape. Instead I had to do with some of the feelings and it was TOUGH but in the end I created more evidence for myself that I could go through it - minute by minute. I hope you are being kind to yourself and finding some relief. How are you doing? |

I'm using my old trusted distraction method. Been on PC, on skype, in chat rooms etc. Distraction is the only method I know and I just hope it's enough tonight
