I'v ebeen away over the weekend and therefore i missed loads of posts, i'm sory i couldn't reply to any of them. I just dont have the time or energy.
but i'm thinking of you all.

I slipped up again last night, i think that's the fist time sicne the end of Feb.. I want to write more but id ont have words.

Hey Jet im glad to see you're back. Im sorry to hear you slipped up,but we can't beat ourselves up over our slip ups. Its good though that you made it so long without si-ing so lets get back and go even longer next time. If you ever need to talk you can pm me anytime.

I feel like i want to self destruct its so stupid, and doesnt make sense. I guess the good thing about stil staying at home is that i'm careful about what i do because i dont want to gtet found out.

i view a "slip" to be just that.....a slip.....a slide....it's not a fall..it isn't something that you can't get upright from and go on down your path.......thinking of you all. xoxox pat
