Hi,
Welcome. I am sure you will find this group of people very helpful and caring. Please keep coming and talking with people. It does help.

"Rabbit's clever," said Pooh thoughtfully.
"Yes," said Piglet, "Rabbit's clever."
"And he has a Brain."
"Yes," said Piglet, "Rabbit has a Brain."
There was a long silence.
"I suppose," said Pooh, "that that's why he never understands anything."

Welcome aboard.......we are a very open-minded, caring group here. You can basically tell us most anything. We all cope in different ways and when it gets too rough, we come here for the emotional support that we need.

Hope to hear from you some more.

Welcome, saving_grace,

It has been so nice for me to have people here who understand and can handle talking about SI. People who haven't experienced it can have a hard time with it, and it's hard to find people who are willing to talk about it. It helps to know that you aren't alone - that other people do it too. That was what I was looking for when I found this site.

For me, sometimes SI is coping. Maybe talking about it here will help you to cope better.

thanks for that, its so difficult to deal with it when others don't have a clue then hiding the blood, the pain and the fear just kills me

{{{{{{{Saving}}}}}}}}}}} it is hard when people just think you're "crazy" and don't even try to understand how much of a coping mechanism it is. But, like Rapunzel said, everyone here can relate and you have found a good group.

Take care.
