I know right now it seems wicked hard to try. But you have to keep trying. You will fail sometimes, its reality. But you need to try. Make a goal maybe. You made it 9 days this time, starting tonight or tomorrow, try for 10 or 11 days. Then when you reach that goal, reward yourself somehow, then keep trying. Then maybe keep progressing up from there.
Try and keep yourself distracted as much as possible. Go for walks whenver possible, draw, write poetry, a song, a story...whatever you like more.
Just know that you arent the only one struggling so hard. I know I'm kind of young [17] but, trust me, I know how it feels. If you need someone to distract you sometime youre really thinking about cutting, pm me if you'd like. I could try and help.

Dont give up though. Just keep trying. Even though you made it for that amount of time, at least you did that.
I wish you luck, and I hope you can make it through this somehow. :]
Thanks for this!

We all have slips with different things. I beat alcohol and drugs - so far - but have to work at not abusing medication, chasing the illusive sleep comfort. The important thing is to get back up and keep trying. Please don't beat yourself up! You are welcome to pm any of us for distraction, and please feel free to join in chat at any time. That can keep you too busy to do anything else. Try to join support groups and avoid being alone. But know that you are never alone, so long as this forum stands. billieJ
Thanks for this!
