okay. i bought a new exacto knife because i had two that were taken from me for my SI issue. I'm hiding it and no one knows i've bought a new one.

im trying to get better and this makes me mad because i KNOW i will use it if it's available, which now it is.... and i purposely bought it.

it's like how richard wants to buy a gun for protection but i dont want him to because i'll use it on myself in a panic attack of depression

Buying an exacto knife doesn't mean you have to use it. You haven't messed up yet, and I hope you don't.

Think, before you act (doesn't always work for me but does most of the time)

and a slip up doesn't make you a bad person, just human..

Have you been tempted to SI lately?

Can you now get rid of the knife?

Can you give the knife to your T? (I am assuming you have one.) Have you talked to Richard about the reason you don't want him to get a gun? If not, I highly suggest that you do. Please take care of yourself.
