i dont know if im supposed to be here. i havent been in therapy or on meds in some time. there are various issues/concerns. im very much on edge right now and very few things holding me back from all out 'attempt' ... im sorry. i never know how to really deal with these things. and im going to shut up as babbling is not helpful to anyone else...

If babbling is helpful to you there are always folks here to listen. Talk it out if it helps. Sounds like it might be time to go back to your doc to see if you can't get some help again.

You DO MATTER YOU DO COUNT YOU ARE IMPORTANT (not shouting just uppercase for emphasis) Please just take some really deep breaths in through the nose and then let them out very slowly through the lips...
