Sending many hugs your way, hoping you are feeling better soon. If you have any activities that you enjoy doing, like reading or exercising, they could work at distracting you from feelings of self-harm. And as Sannah said, keep posting whenever you need to. We are here to listen.

You do count, we all count we all matter, every life is precious. Are you seeing a doctor or a therapist?

If babbling is helpful to you there are always folks here to listen. Talk it out if it helps. Sounds like it might be time to go back to your doc to see if you can't get some help again.

Wishing you well.

AI,

You DO MATTER YOU DO COUNT YOU ARE IMPORTANT
(not shouting just uppercase for emphasis)

Please just take some really deep breaths in through the nose and then let them out very slowly through the lips...

Feel that deep sense of peace relaxing you and bringing you back to balance....

Now tell me how you feel, please....

Rhiannon

Why wouldn't you be here?

Your "babbling" is for you. Your thread is for you. You can do things that are just for you and not for anyone else.

You can learn how to deal with these things. Is therapy a possibility again?

Can you make a connection between your focus on other's needs instead of your own today to how you grew up?
