When I was hoilday.

I had a argument with my parents.
Then when they left me in the hotal room alone.
I got sharp sisscors and cut myself then stoped after awhile.
There I said it now tell me off.
My parents don't even realise it.
The scars show, but they just will never know.

Please don't hurt yourself again.... it is very hard to stop.
You are worth more than that.... everyone is..... despite how "mean" some people may be and despite how some may hurt you.

Hi Miss_A,

I'm sorry that you felt you had to cut yourself, but I understand the feeling. I'd like to draw your attention to Rapunzel's Things to do instead of hurting yourself post. There are alternatives there to self-injury if you ever feel like trying them.

Don't be, I just couldn't control myself.
But what I did do was STOP!
After a few cuts.
So now everything is fine.
I've read the post already.
Even added my suggestion, which I totally forget about.

Maybe you could print off Rapunzel's post and keep it in your pocket or something, so you can look at the list when you need it...
