I'm so confused, don't know if asking for help is the right thing now, I did SI just a few minutes ago,....., and I don't know if i want to ask for help, I"m so confused....... and it's all because of a univeristy saying you have to leave.... even though I'm sure that if I would have stayed it would have been so much better for me.

To ask for help, or to not ask for help? that is the Question.

Ask for help! When is your therapy appt. with your new therapist? And I don't blame you for being upset over what the university did.

It's on Thursday at 1:30, and it hopefullly will help but I will have anti-anxiety meds with me to make sure i get through it.
