This is what you thought and it is mostly about her. How did it make you feel?

Can you tell her that when she furrowed her brow and frowned that it made you feel these things?

I doubt I would. she pretty much only has 4 expressions; furrow = seriously listening; frown = i'm still not sure yet; flyaway eyebrows, eyes looking to ceiling = surprise, shock, disbelief; laughing (good to know that one is in there... still surprises me where I don't know what to make of it).

I just have been realizing too, that another form of "self harm" i use on myself is neglect; not eating or eating my medical diet; sitting in the cold and doing nothing to warm myself... there are others. It is like a passive agressive way of harming self. Taking on poor parenting and placing it toward self. Hmmmmmm... maybe I'll go get warm...

Kiya-
I think it is awesome that you know what the faces your T makes mean. I wish I could do that. Can you come and figure out my T's facial expressions for me? LOL

I'm also glad that you figured out that these other ways of not taking care of yourself are self-harm. It is important to recognize them to be able to combat them. There are passive ways of not taking care of ourselves, like not going to the doctor when we need to. Or not eating. Good job recognizing those in yourself.

Take care.
Thanks for this!

I think that she should know how she affects you.

Yeah, good work figuring out that those things are SI too.
