i know she wouldn't want me to think/feel any of those things.

I doubt I would. she pretty much only has 4 expressions; furrow = seriously listening; frown = i'm still not sure yet; flyaway eyebrows, eyes looking to ceiling = surprise, shock, disbelief; laughing (good to know that one is in there... still surprises me where I don't know what to make of it).
![]() I just have been realizing too, that another form of "self harm" i use on myself is neglect; not eating or eating my medical diet; sitting in the cold and doing nothing to warm myself... there are others. It is like a passive agressive way of harming self. Taking on poor parenting and placing it toward self. Hmmmmmm... maybe I'll go get warm...

LOL I'm also glad that you figured out that these other ways of not taking care of yourself are self-harm. It is important to recognize them to be able to combat them.
