So, I've been thinking about what could help me, and everyone who reads this. And what I have come up with is this. Instead of reaching for the SI object, I reach for my yoga mat, and do some good old streching. And then I help my urges by doing some ab workout. So far it seems to help. I've been clean now for a week. Which has been great.

My suggestion is find something that helps you to find something different for you to reach for when the urges come. Here's a few things that could help

Reach for a good book
Reach for a friend
Reach for good music or an instrument
Reach for your bike and go for a ride
Reach for the door handle to go outside for a walk
Reach for something besides your SI tool.

Just promise yourself that you will reach for something else.

Just a thought, and I hope it helps you, Like it helped me.

Sending you all safe hugs !!
Thanks for this!

Thank you for this Puzzclar! This might work out better for me rather than trying to sit absolutely still.
Thanks for this!
