I'm really trying not to SI but the urge is getting stronger and stronger and i guess i just need some support!!

I'm sorry you are feeling so bad. I wish that I could take the pain away. Do you want to write about what is making you feel this way? Do you have a T? If so, does your T know you are feeling this way? It is important to tell your T.

still not good! I think i'm losin my mind. I'm sat with my friend watchin tv and she keeps going on and on about work and her boyfriend who's coming to visit 2moro and i can't cope with all this. I can't concentrate i'm gettin more and more irritated and i jus want to cut! The urge is gettin stronger and i'm on verge of breakin!

Sounds like your needs weren't being met with this friend? It is okay to tell others what we need. "Friend, I can't deal with what you are talking about right now, can you help me out please?"

she's too self involved at the minute! Forever complainin about somethin but wen it comes to me i'm not allowed to complain about anythin, i'm not allowed to be ill or have pains anywhere like my ankles which i broke in june and still play up, i'm not allowed any sympathy or anythin but i have to run around after her when she's not well or there's somethin wrong with her! She makes me so mad sometimes!

it used to be. She actually saved my life about 4 years ago. She jus doesn't understand me anymore and doesn't understand bipolar and she hasn't made an effort to learn about it!

i fight the urge quite a bit to go get the steak knife & start in on my arms. my moms never approved of me & when we were on vacation couple months ago i kept getting those looks & finally just grabbed one of the knives in the condo & started. felt so ashamed & disgusted. over 2 months ago & just now fading. need to get a good jog in tomorrow to release tension & write my trash out in a letter to t.

It can be tough most of the time. I'm couldn't fight the urge on monday and kept on cuttin to make myself feel better. Now my arm is a mess and i feel bad and ashamed!
