Do I "need" to?
Prlly not Do I want to? IN a way Would it help things? For right now Long term? Not so much Do I care? Sometimes I don't know. Other times yes. |

Depression, anxiety, stress, and others yet to be completely identified.
The intensity of emotions tends to send me off as well as feeling and not entirely understanding said feelings. I seem to have matured far faster than my emotions have ![]() |

Right now extreme anxiety has taken hold though I am not entirely sure why.
Last night I was well and truely tired but the minute my ehad hit the pillow, my mind started racing. Perhapse since I have not slept much the last couple days i will just pass out tonight. Exhaustion and anxiety are never a good combination. Thus far I have managed to keep myself busy with other things so so far so good. However, how many games can one play on facebook? My farm has been eorganized onfarmville and I think I have played almost everything other silly game I can think of. I could try to write a paper but I am too tired to focus. |

Maybe you have been triggered by something which is reminding you of something from the past and this is making you anxious? Are you in therapy?

I do have a therapist right now.
Not sure what triggered the anxiety. Just sort of popped up. Changed channels and came across Dirty Jobs which always makes me smile. Maybe I can go to slep after watching the incredibly disgusting things Mike does |

Are you working on this in therapy?
Yes, focus on those dirty jobs, get sleepy and go to sleep!

Something about watching mike mix and analyze horse poo was very relaxing
![]() I think I really need to get out more ![]() We are working on several things at the moment. At this precise moment the focus is on sucidal thoughts since I recently came dangerously close to acting on thoughts so we are working on the explosion that led to that and the meltdown that was building before that. We kind of work on whatever comes up at any given time. That is one of the reasons why i sometimes question whether this is the right therapist for me. However, she is what I have right now and the idea of trying to change will totally not work because that will just increase all of the anxiety and I hate trying to feel out a new one. |
