Silver Moon - don't be hard on yourself for having done it, but rather be proud of yourself for having stopped before it got too bad.
There are obviously things triggering you - can you talk to a T about these things and work through them? I really hope your stress lifts soon and you feel better - hugs xx

SM, yes, you stopped yourself and you didn't do it for many months. This is progress. Yes, can you talk to anyone about what is going on that is making things worse?
