I've cut it's not very much, not like before, I stopped myself 'cause realised how stupid it was. But I haven't cut for months! I thought I'd done it and I've been a lot better. I've been happy. But I've snapped. I'm not dealing with stuff very well . I'm sorry I'm so sorry

Silver Moon - don't be hard on yourself for having done it, but rather be proud of yourself for having stopped before it got too bad.
There are obviously things triggering you - can you talk to a T about these things and work through them?

SM, yes, you stopped yourself and you didn't do it for many months. This is progress. Yes, can you talk to anyone about what is going on that is making things worse?
