I thought i was getting better last night, but now i realize that i'm getting worse with every day that passes. The only things holding me back is my friends and boyfriend. But i'm going to forget them all on the day that i snap. which is going to be very, very soon. Also, i'm getting into drugs, and alcohol again... which is never a good sign.

sending you hugs..i know sometimes it is so hard to resit the temptation of giving up...have been there my self but, i will keep you in my thoughts that you do not give up as i have also found that those temptations often lie to me,hang in there ,there is always something worth fighting for ...hugs

I know how you feel. It's scary and it sucks to know you may snap and to try hard to resist it. That takes a lot of energy. Remember that everyday you don't SI is a little fight won.

Are you telling your therapist about the concerns that you have listed in this thread? Did you just start therapy and you are at the point where you are "stirring everything up"?

i'm at the point where i don't care about anything. and i've told both my therapist and psychiatrist about the thread.

Well, i just got home from the hospital yesterday... so i guess that was the plan.....
