I'm feeling bad right now
![]() and I'm realizing that the list of distractions and alternatives that T and I made together isn't really helpful. Mostly because I SI when I am angry with myself and I want to be self destructive. It doesn't help to take out my anger on something else because then I am not punishing myself. I have alternatives that don't involve SI, like drinking, but since they are self-destructive they aren't much better. Advice? |

She wishes things were different, but the wishes don't mean anything. I am trying to hear myself think here But all I can feel is the pain. I just want to curl up and stop my aching heart . |

How about talking to someone about your anger?

Go running. Punish yourself to exhaustion then carry on. And it takes you away from the ability to SI
