silver, tiny uniquely designed for one purpose but for me a tool of pure destruction. shiny beauty glimmering in the sunlight but burning red as it scales across the surface of this dispicable body of mine.. let the pain be seen. let the relief be done. let the sparkling red relief come. be gone .. be gone... be gone..

I know this the pain is very hard for you to manage Angel - but I wonder if you can take just one moment to reflect on how your pain effects others who care about you?
Please try sweet pea to get outside of yourself - take the focus off of YOU if that is remotely possible. Try GROUNDING and Breathing techniques...anything! |

My counciller told me about this breathing technique called seven eleven breathing where you breathe in for seven, then put for eleven, so your exhaling longer than inhaling. Its supposed to calm you down and slows your heart right or something. I don't know exactly but it sometimes helps me when I'm stressed. X
