yeah, i cut up my arm and scratched the hell outta my face...and i was bleeding...i punched myself in the face dozens of times probably too....everything really stinks for me now...

I'm sorry that you're hurting yourself right now. Is there anything I can do for you to ease your pain? Is there someone you can go to for extra support because it sounds like you need it right now.

I agree its time for contacting someone in your real life community - therapist, ER, or local crisis hot line that can give you the up close and personal help you need right now.
