i cant tell t i did this. I didnt do it but part did- took a belt and beat across arms and hands- in a trance and the voices screaming and the yelling accusing inside "you ruin everything and cccontaminate Dirty, Bad and the one who told crying i don't want to be dirty. cant tell or the trance will come and be punished again for telling

 This must have been very scary for you. Do you think you could tell T just that certain insiders are not happy about telling, and leave out specifics? Or would that get you in trouble, too? I hope you can all work things out together, and that this insider learns that it's safe to tell your therapist these things now. They are probably worried that it isn't safe anymore, but maybe in time they will learn that it is. *safe hugs* ONLY if wanted Angela

she all told on pornographic pictures in head and filthy and animals and wetting the bed and getting covered with ants attracted to the smell because SHE COULDNT GET WARM no blanket only a towel because you make too much laundry peeing every night im sick to stomache deserve it
