how pathic is this last night I went into the bathroom while at a support group for depression and bipolar and cut my leg what an idiot Iam I also scratched the skin off my wrist earlier yesterday afternoon and cut my shoulder in the bathroom of my mental health program I am such an idiot what was I thinking

Did you talk to the Support Group about this?

WHat you were probably thinking is that you were struggling with something and you needed to cope and SI helped you to cope. Are you able to work on what you are struggling with? Were you getting triggered in those sessions?

Miss laura I did not talk with anybody last night to ahamed today I email someone from the group and told her what happened

Yes, it wasent a session that triggered me I do not know what triggered me

no but ill be ok until tomorrow then I may talk to my counslor but iam afraid to because i do not know what will happen
