such a bad day. i s/i-ed more than once.
how do you not when the thoughts and the feelings are so strong and so real. and theres no hope. what motivation is there to not. when nothing matters. and theres no one to turn to. and you are alone with it. |

Yes, this definitely sounds very tough. Hopefully you will allow your therapist to help you with this eventually so that you can share it and not be alone with it.
