Yea, I made it 24 hours, one day down, and I have something to show for it. A Safe me, and 2 pages of things to try and fix/improve.
I will say this, I'm not happy with who I am right now, and I will sometime be ready to fully be happy with me, but for now, I'll just try to make it another 24 hours. and take it an hour at a time. I think the thing that helped the most was reading "Energy Tapping" a book I highly recommend, for the 3 or 4 chapter, on identifying things that could mess with your energy in your body, I know I will continue, and it will get worse, before it gets better. (thanks to someone who said "it gets worse before it gets better") and PC is the one to help me, and a Teddy Bear. mmmm... I think it's about time to sleep, and then wake up, some what less sleepy, and then do something relaxing, and then maybe, who knows what then. |

made it 12 hours.... and then all that I did before caught up, I didn't use a different coping mechanism. so I start over on time, but I have a lot of beliefs that could be false that I need to go through. And if I can't prove it false, I'll post here for some help to disprove the beliefs that I don't like, or I think could be false. I just hope some of you will help, especially since I haven't set up a therapy time for like 2.5 weeks.

Havent started on the false beliefs.... haven't done Yoga in a while, Haven't done SH since last post, but it doesn't mean i haven't thought about it. My concern is the fact that I'm most vulnerable at times when I'm all alone, and trying to be around people is extremely difficult. Only way is to try and be on PC.... not sure If it will be a big enough distraction

Sounds like you need to work on being able to be around people so that you aren't alone so much.
