Wow, Its now been 4-5 ish months of no cutting (i know the date, it was when i came to PC, that was when i stopped). Cool, something has changed for the better i guess.
In reflection on cutting i know the start date when it happened the first time. o.m.goddness, the only way to describe it or give it a shape or analogy would be like someone waking from a dream. Weird feeling. I am not going to make promise's to myself, its like saying never. I never say never, thats just a big mistake to do. I'll just keep looking ahead with no view to s/h again. Thank you anyhow PC and all members who have helped me get to this point.  Sanada

That is great, Sanada! And good way to look at it(not saying never) because I think that causes a lot of anxiety(it does for me, at least). Anyways, good work!!
