I have made it 5 days with no injury! I have been feeling very depressed these last couple of days and have a lot of urges, but I have been able to resist. Hopefully I am able to keep this up.

Well done, it can be done to resist urges.
I count the weeks as they go by, weirdly enough counting the weeks of no cutting has replaced (for now), the urge to cut. Cool, i have replaced cutting with counting.

Well done. Keep it up.
