So I was reading a blog on Exercise as being the best thing for an anti-depressant. I am going to try it and post here on how I feel after Exercise.

I invite you all to try this with me. Here's my plan
Wednesday~~Walk for 10 minutes (jog if I feel up to it)
Thursday~~ Yoga for 10-20 minutes
Friday~~ Walk for 10 minutes
Saturday~~ Yoga for 10-20 minutes
Sunday~~ Break
Monday~~ Yoga for 10-20 minutes
Tuesday~~Walk for 10-15 minutes

Here's the plan... times are set... activity can be changed due to individual health. Who's with me??

Sounds like a good idea! I have been meaning to try exercising too. I also think some of the "good pain" that comes from exercising might help ward of the self injury thoughts...maybe...
but either way, it will be good!

Day one.... walk... or well it was bike ride for me. I took a 2 mile bike ride. and yes it hurt a bit since I had done it in a while, but so for it's been okay. It helped for a while since I wanted to do things today... more tomorrow after work and after Yoga.
Thanks for this!
