I am feeling really numb today. I'd rather be happy or sad. I can't stand this numb feeling. I want to cut just to feel alive

I wish it was best for me, but it's really making me want to cut, which is probably not better than feeling anything else

Now I am having major anxiety. I've gotta give up and cut so I can prevent a full blown panic attack

Lost the battle. Such bad anxiety. I had to make it go away! I cut again. Can't tell my T about it though

The numbness caused your anxiety attack? This whole episode needs to be discussed with your T so that you can understand what happened and therefore, understand yourself better.

Totally agree about the T thing!!! I hope you are able to find away to tell your T. Be safe and take care!!!

I am having really bad urges again tonight. Lots of anxiety and I know that cutting makes the anxiety go away. I can't tell my T because she already told me she is frustrated with me. Plus, as frequent as the cutting is getting, she'll start to think i need the hospital agaimn

If the cutting is getting serious and more frequent it may be time to go to the hospital again.
What are you doing to distract yourself from cutting? Do you know where the anxiety is coming from?

I can't do the hospital again, just can't. They are not hepful at all. I have been doing a lot to distract but once the anxiety starts I can't distract.
I have no idea what is causing the anxiety |

I have had anxiety off and on in the past few years. Usually it doesn't show up till Iam doing really bad...
I used to have anxiety meds, but had some icky reactions to them, so now I can't take them |

Can you tell your T that her frustration is not helpful and it is causing you to not be open with her?

I could, but it isn't so much that her frustration is bothering me. It's the fact that she is right.
I cut again today. Much worse than I have before. And I am having major anxiety again right now. I am falling apart |

If you knew everything about how you could heal why would you need a T? I think you need to reach out here.
