That's cool. I'm glad that counseling seems to be going good for you and hope it continues too

Well my mom is starting to trust me now and has let me out of her sight a little more......My next appointment is this Friday I don't know if I want to say anything to my Councillor though, I know I am supposed to trust her but I don't like the idea of talking with someone I hardly know.....

You can take your time in getting to trust her.

Use a red marker and draw where you'd like to cut, it really helped me.

My counselor wants me to draw on myself rather than cut, so I try, its a lot more difficult...my mom has been getting mad at me lately because I bite myself (I know it's weird) and I bite other people, so she has been telling me to stop or I am grounded, I don't think it's as bad as cutting, only if I were to make myself bleed would it be bad. I only bite others when they make me really mad or get too close to my face. It isn't that bad is it?

Do you have another counselor appt. this Friday? If so can you tell her that your mom is getting mad at you? Can you also tell her about why you bite others? She can help you deal with the people in another way.

I did have an appointment we talked about it but not that much she was more concerened with me not eating, I don't bite others that much, I mostly bite myself.....I have been biting more since I have not cut that much lately (I will be honest I have cut but not that bad).
