Yes you can. I used to do this, and i think i permanently did damage to my kneecaps and elbows. I used to hit elbows
on brick wall. Im 38 now and my joints hurt awfully. Would hit legs with wooden
stick/bat and sometimes got kneecap. Now half to wear knee brace a lot. Get help. Please. Don' t do this to yourself

the question is why are you doing this and how can you stop and do somthing less harmful

I don't know if this is any help or not, but I also si my tummy. I hate my tummy. I hate everything my tummy represents and reminds me of. I worry that I could do some serious, permanent damage to my tummy if I'm not careful. I'm sorry you feel the way you do about your tummy. I'm sorry you si. However, I am glad to know I'm not alone in hurting my tummy.

Yeah it can cause damage. It sounds painful too. I don't think it's worth it because you're going to suffer in the future.
